Welcome to The Ontario Network of People Who Use Drugs

We’re a non-profit organization made up of people with lived and living experience with substance use, working in knowledge translation, research, and community development.

Vision

We are a network of People Who Use Drugs and representatives of Drug User-led organizations with a vision of a healthier future for people who use drugs to thrive.

To achieve this, we do work in the following areas:

+

Community Engagement

+

Advocacy

+

Research and Evaluation

+ Consultation

+ Public Speaking

+ Reducing Stigma (Events, Campaigns, etc)

+ Capacity Building

Governments need to fund Harm Reduction. Politicians need to quit if stigma is part of the platform.

PWUD should be leading any and all research or initiative about us, including the ownership of our data.

Organizations need to learn how to work with us more effectively. The first step- try.

Stories

Latest in Community

Beyond academia and research, ONPUD amplifies the voices and stories of People Who Use Drugs.

We advocate for the things that are important to PWUD. Harm Reduction principles and Nothing About Without Us are key in our work.
